With an architect as the client, this project was always going to be visually striking, modern and thoughtfully designed — delivering a lot of impact without unnecessary cost.

The project comprised a substantial rear extension, creating a light and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The exposed steelwork was carefully integrated into the design and clad in timber, creating a strong architectural feature within the new space.

The works also included the replacement of an existing dormer and refurbishment of the original house, bringing the whole property together to create a modern, cohesive and highly functional home.

A great example of how clever design, careful detailing and considered construction can deliver exceptional results without unnecessary expense.
