The key to successful project management is having the correct people offering the correct support. Our project staffing structure is made up of a site manager, office based account manager and a hands on Director. We allocate a site manager to each one of our jobs. This is someone with extensive experience, customer focus and great communications skills. Our office based account manager is there for cost management and the administration of the project, a go to person for any account queries focusing on transparent, quantified pricing. Our Director’s focus is client experience and maintains regular day to day contact with the site manager to ensure that all parts of the process are fully supported.
